Recipes Wanted Which Use Sorghum Molasses

I want to find recipes which use sorghum molasses in as many ways as possible.  I am particularly interested in seeing recipes which use sorghum in entrees as opposed to desserts.  I am still interested in desserts but I am looking for more ways to use sorghum molasses outside the mainstream.
